Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Europe, the United States, Hong Kong, and Macau.
For other destinations, please contact us before placing your order. We will review the delivery location and advise whether shipping can be arranged.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes around 15–20 days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local logistics conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Is shipping included?
Yes. All product prices shown on our website already include standard shipping fees for the regions we currently serve.
Are duties and taxes included?
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges may vary depending on the destination country or region. These charges are subject to local customs regulations and may be payable by the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
You may also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website after dispatch.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and all included materials.
For returns due to personal reasons, including change of mind, unsuitable size, or preference change, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
For confirmed quality issues, SOLO SPACE will cover the return shipping cost.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging where applicable.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a suitable solution. This may include replacement, repair, partial compensation, return, or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect.
We will try to update the address before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
SOLO SPACE is not responsible for failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Do you offer trade pricing or bulk orders?
Trade pricing or bulk order arrangements may be available for qualified interior designers, stylists, retailers, and hospitality projects.
Please contact us with your project details, location, estimated quantity, and preferred items for further discussion.
How do I care for the product?
Care instructions may vary depending on the material, finish, and type of object.
Please refer to the care information listed on each product page. If you need further guidance, you may contact us before or after purchase.
Is each piece handmade?
Some objects may be handmade, handcrafted, or finished by hand, while others may be produced through different processes.
If an item is handmade or has handmade details, this will be stated on the individual product page.
Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to present each product as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to natural materials, handmade details, lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
These differences are part of the material character of the object and do not usually affect its use or overall appearance.
Will there be natural variations in each piece?
Yes. Some pieces may carry natural variations in texture, tone, surface marks, or finish.
These are part of the character of the material itself and are not considered defects unless they affect normal use.
Can I request delivery on a specific date?
At the moment, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
If you have a special delivery request, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise where possible.

Can your objects be used for commercial spaces?
Yes. Many of our objects may be suitable for boutique retail spaces, hospitality projects, high-end offices, commercial interiors, and interior styling.
