RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SOLO SPACE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you with the return or exchange process.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, tags, labels, or included materials
- Not damaged, stained, altered, or assembled incorrectly by the customer
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, unsuitable size, or preference change, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the original order amount, excluding any additional costs caused by return handling, if applicable.
Quality Issues or Damaged Items
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or has a confirmed quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during delivery
After reviewing the case, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial compensation, or return and refund.
For confirmed quality issues, the return shipping cost will be covered by SOLO SPACE.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed quality issue:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Items that have been used, damaged, stained, altered, or assembled
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

We recommend contacting us before returning the item so we can understand the situation and discuss the most suitable solution, including possible compensation, replacement, or refund options.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
